We're looking for a part time Office Manager to run the day to day operations of our Israeli site located at HaBoursa area in Ramat Gan and the APAC team. You'll own the workplace experience for the entire Israel team and the APAC team, from facilities and vendors to events and administrative support, making sure the office runs smoothly and feels like a great place to work every day.
You'll be a hands on, detail oriented operator who takes pride in creating a well organized, welcoming environment, and who can juggle facilities, vendors, and people all at once.

This is a part time position, 50%, with flexible hours based on office needs, including one day per week working from home.
What you'll do
Oversee the office space and coordinate with the building management and vendors on maintenance, cleaning and repairs
Handle day to day facilities operations, including the order of groceries, office supplies, equipment, and parking logistics, to ensure the office runs smoothly
Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors
Plan and execute company events, holidays, and team celebrations for the Israel team
Support welfare initiatives that strengthen team culture
Greet visitors and manage incoming deliveries, serve as the first point of contact for the office
Assist the HR and finance teams with administrative tasks
Ensure the office meets Israeli workplace safety regulations and manage related certifications
Coordinate logistics for new hire desk setup, equipment, and office access, working alongside the People team who own onboarding itself.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Manager or Workplace/Facilities coordinator in Israel, ideally in a tech or B2B SaaS company
Native or fluent in Hebrew and strong professional English
Proven experience managing vendors and office logistics independently
Based in or able to commute to Ramat Gan on a regular basis
Available for a part-time, 50%, flexible schedule based on office needs
Comfortable with office and vendor management tools, expense processes, and basic administrative systems
Familiarity with tools like Bob (HiBob) and Slack is a plus
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong communicator, comfortable interfacing with global, US-headquartered teams
Service-oriented and comfortable being the go-to person in the office
Able to manage multiple priorities independently
