We are seeking an analytical, tech-savvy, and highly organized candidate for a hybrid role that combines Sales & Marketing support with executive assistance to the CEO. This is a diverse and impactful position with direct involvement in operational and business processes across the company.
Role Responsibilities:
Sales Support & CRM:
Managing and maintaining HubSpot on an ongoing basis.
Building and optimizing workflows and sequences.
Creating dashboards and reports, analyzing data, and generating insights.
Working with complementary tools: Outlook, Zapier, Eventbrite.
Identifying bottlenecks and improving processes.
Providing user support and training to enhance efficiency and process adoption.
Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO:
Preparing materials for meetings, documenting decisions, and tracking follow-ups.
Supporting and coordinating projects end-to-end.
Conducting business/technology research as needed.
Creating presentations, documents, and analytical materials for management.
Cross-departmental collaboration with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations.
Tracking strategic tasks, project timelines, and goal completion.
Initiating process improvements through data and automation.
Full-time position, SundayThursday, 9:0018:00, from the company offices in Herzliya.
Requirements: Requirements
Up to 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant (PA).
Excellent command of Excel.
Significant advantage: Experience working with and maintaining a CRM system, especially HubSpot.
