About the Role:
We're looking for an Engineering VP to lead the Agentic Detection and Response missions that form the AI Detection and Response group. The ADR group is responsible for the core capability of product suite, designed to automatically detect and resolve/escalate major IT incidents at enterprises. By automating L0 and L1 operations, can significantly expedite detection and resolution and reduce the work done by L1 teams in operation centers and NOCs.
product is a GenAI SaaS platform, which processes, analyzes, and automates millions of events per day, using state of the art event processing technologies and LLM-based solutions. The group consists of multiple cross-functional and highly technical teams, grouped into the Detection and Response missions.
You will be responsible for developing the product, making necessary tech selections, and making delivery, quality, and product decisions, while mentoring and developing the teams talent both on the professional and the managerial level.
What you will do:
Be an integral part of the Engineering Leadership team and the company's Senior Leadership team
Lead and develop a group of engineering professionals owning key product capabilities and technologies
Guide the group's leadership team to personal and professional growth
Drive technical and product excellence across teams - promote quality deliverables, lead tech selection processes, and increase the products uptime and overall customer satisfaction
Collaborate with all R&D groups and other relevant stakeholders, such as Product and Customer Success
Requirements: Extensive experience with managing large (20+) cross-functional groups
4+ years of experience of managers management
Leading engineering in a product-centric organization
Strong technical skills: deep technological understanding, proven experience with FE and BE technologies
Leading major structural and architectural transformation projects
Building an Enterprise grade multi-customer product in a fast growing organization
