We are looking for an experienced Influencers & Affiliates Specialist to join the B2C Division. The B2C Division works with leading e-commerce brands worldwide to grow international markets through affiliate and partnerships activities, creating new and impactful revenue streams for their businesses.
The Influencers & Affiliates Specialist will be tasked with strategy building, planning, managing the day-to-day campaign activity and achieving our business goals, while continuously working towards improving and scaling the activity and opportunities further.

Responsibilities:
Build the Influencer and Affiliate Marketing plan and ongoing management of the activity and operations including budget management and meeting KPIs
Identify, acquire and maintain ongoing relationships with new and existing influencers to join our influencer program, and working with partners/agencies to support this activity when needed.
Working with affiliate partners through a selected affiliate network ongoing planning and management of the activity
Managing campaigns, creating promotional materials, coordinating with partners on campaign execution, and tracking campaign performance to measure success.
Negotiating contracts with new affiliates or renewing existing agreements with existing partners.
Working with partners to create high performing content at scale for paid media activities.
Data analysis and reporting identifying trends, optimize campaigns and partnerships, and providing insights and recommendations for improvements that inform business decisions.
Working within our marketing team and with cross-functional teams, coordinating activity with the other channels and supporting our objectives through the influencers and affiliates channels.
Staying up to date on trends and developments in the influencers and affiliate marketing industry, identifying opportunities to include in program strategy and execution.
Requirements: 2-3 years hands-on experience in influencer, social media and/or affiliate marketing.
Knowledge of managing global influencer and/or affiliate programs and building successful partnerships.
Social media savvy with a passion for fashion/beauty.
English at a fluent or native level both spoken and written a must.
Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and oversee multiple partnerships simultaneously.
Strong commercial and negotiation abilities.
