Hands-on technical leader for ~6 member enterprise IT infrastructure team (Israel + U.S.). Hybrid cloud/on-prem environment with air-gapped security, patch management, and KPI-driven operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage distributed IT infrastructure team
Daily operations: Azure, Microsoft 365, VMware, enterprise servers, Veeam backups
Active Directory including GPO deployment and policy enforcement
Network infrastructure: Fortigate firewalls, Juniper/Aruba switches
Security platforms: Trend Micro Vision One, Forescout NAC, Vault (secrets/PAM)
Patch management processes and vulnerability remediation
KPI management via structured incident ticketing systems
Vendor management and direct collaboration with CIO
End-to-end infrastructure and cybersecurity projects
Requirements: Requirements
5+ years enterprise IT infrastructure experience
Hands-on expertise: AD/GPO, Azure, VMware, Veeam, Fortigate, Forescout, Vault
Proven team leadership and vendor management experience
Deep understanding of cybersecurity and risk management
Experience with patch management and KPI-driven service delivery
Excellent English (spoken and written)
Proactive mindset and strong troubleshooting skills

Microsoft: Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Administrator
Security: Security+, CISSP
Network: Fortinet NSE 4+, CCNA/CCNP
Virtualization: VMware VCP
Backup: Veeam Certified Engineer
