As a Global Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll guide our global recruitment efforts across Europe and Asia, partner with business leaders to align hiring strategies with business goals, measure and meet key recruitment metrics, and build a seamless, world-class experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Responsibilities:
Lead & Develop the Talent Acquisition Team : Guide and mentor a diverse, global team of recruiters, helping them grow in their careers while ensuring high performance and a collaborative team culture. Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for international job openings across commercial and technical roles. Candidate & Stakeholder Experience : Take ownership of delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Ensure Viber is known for its welcoming and transparent hiring process. Data-Driven Insights : Optimize recruitment reporting and analytics, identifying key metrics to measure success, and applying data to continuously improve recruitment efforts. Innovative Sourcing Strategies : Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline, utilizing both traditional and innovative methods. Process & Systems Optimization : Continuously refine recruitment processes and systems (e.g., Comeet Workday ) to improve efficiency and ensure the best hiring outcomes. Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with HR on contract management, onboarding, and best practices to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition. Recruiting Campaigns : Oversee recruiting campaigns, including webinars, meetups, referral programs, and other employer branding activities to attract top-tier talent.

Talent Acquisition Specailist, your role is to develop and initiate sourcing strategies meant to attract the right candidates, interview and manage the entire recruitment process.

Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for all assigned requisitions, including requisition creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing & recruiting, and offer negotiation.
Partner with the HR Business Partner and Hiring Managers to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans
Meet recruitment goals by having a thorough understanding of business needs and expectations
Ensure a positive candidate experience by supporting candidates throughout all stages of the application and hiring process.
Be a brand ambassador.
