Talent Acquisition Specailist, your role is to develop and initiate sourcing strategies meant to attract the right candidates, interview and manage the entire recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for all assigned requisitions, including requisition creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing & recruiting, and offer negotiation.
Partner with the HR Business Partner and Hiring Managers to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans
Meet recruitment goals by having a thorough understanding of business needs and expectations
Ensure a positive candidate experience by supporting candidates throughout all stages of the application and hiring process.
Be a brand ambassador.
Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter for hi-tech companies
Proven track record at scaling a team - sourcing and screening skills
A good understanding of analysis roles, and experience in hiring a wide range of R&D roles
Ability to multi-task and manage a large number of open roles in parallel
Fluent written and spoken English
Awesome interpersonal skills!
Experience in creating an amazing candidate experience
Results-oriented with a competitive drive for success
Self-starter, independent, results-oriented and attentive to details
