Responsibilities:
Receiving Goods - Managing the goods reception process, including stock issuance according to production schedules and warehouse requirements. Warehouse Organization - Ensuring proper organization and order in the inventory, including cataloging, packaging, and preparing items for shipment.
Inventory Counts - Conduct periodic inventory counts to maintain stock and operational process accuracy. Order Tracking - Managing and tracking work /sales orders and requests in the system, issuing items upon arrival.
Requirements: Logistics or Inventory Experience - Knowledge of how to pick, receive, and organize goods in a warehouse, along with basic tasks like receiving goods, picking orders, and distributing them. Experience with ERP Systems (e.g., Netsuite, Priority, SAP, OraclegreenTxtBg!) - Familiarity with these systems, including performing tasks such as updating inventory, creating documents, generating reports, and tracking inventory movements. Required Experience in a manufacturing company - A significant advantage. Organizational Skills - Ability to keep inventory organized, conduct inventory counts, and store products properly. Teamwork skills - Able to work well with other departments like logistics, purchasing, production, development, and accounting. Ability to work independently - Self-management of daily tasks and prioritization. Willingness to perform light physical work - Warehouse work often involves lifting, packaging equipment, and moving products using an electric forklift (no license or certification required). Basic tool handling (e.g., an electric screwdriver) is required. Good English proficiency - Able to have conversations, read, and write emails in English.
