The prime responsibility of the role is to ensure that customers expectations, both internal and external alike are
achieved, handling existing and new business opportunities, manage them within the company and according to
customers requirements. This role serves as a crucial link between the customer and the company, ensuring
seamless communication and high service standards.
This key role supports the sales team by providing insights, updates, and feedback to ensure seamless project
execution and future business development. It involves aligning external customer needs with internal
requirements while maintaining clear, concise communication with sales and operational teams to advise on and
adapt to changes effectively.
This position reports to EMEA sales Director and works with close interface with Dimona Planning manager.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, etc.).

Experience in industrial sectors or knowledge of industrial markets advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fast learner, independent and autodidact
Proactive with a "can-do" attitude, focused on seeking and delivering solutions
High level of English proficiency (written and spoken) is a must.
Highly organized and accurate, able to work under pressure and maintain extensive attention to detail.
Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, SAP and LinkedIn
