As a Creative Copywriter, you will:
Develop creative scripts for diverse global platforms (TV, banners, radio, Social, etc.), adapting to multiple languages and markets.
Manage numerous content and creative briefs simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time.
Write, edit, produce, and curate compelling content with measurable results, from concept to final asset.
Collaborate with designers and video producers to create engaging visual content.

Your day-to-day will include:
Owning and managing all the content needs for your product pillar
Working with product managers, engineers, and designers to create concise, clear, and helpful microcopy
Providing UX/UI content and feedback in the product areas you are responsible for
Supporting the documentation of Help Center articles
Creating user assistance for features, including product tours and sidebar content
Helping to define and maintain the Content Team Style Guide, design system, and other team assets
Monitoring and responding to internal and external feedback channels to address customer needs and define content priorities
Staying up-to-date with market trends and finding new ways to showcase content that fits our global audience

we are looking for a Knowledge Base Writer.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Work closely with Riversides Product Team to learn about new features and create supporting content, including writing and updating feature overview pages, how-to articles, as well as producing the accompanying FAQs, images, graphics, GIFs, tables, and charts.
Design the Help Center and maintain its organization and layout.
Work alongside the Support Team and Customer Success Team to understand gaps in user knowledge and areas of product confusion to define content that is needed.
Serve as the knowledge expert internally at the company, especially to our Go to Market team, answering product related questions on our internal channels.
Use tools like Figma, Zendesk, Canva, and Jira.
