We are looking for a skilled and passionate IT Engineer to join our IT team! If you have a strong service orientation, deep technical expertise across diverse environments (Windows & Mac), and the drive to take end-to-end ownership of endpoint management, security, and cutting-edge IT tools (including AI)- this is the place for you.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Primary responsibility is user support and service. Respond to help desk calls, online submittals, walk-ins, and emails in a timely manner. Document help desk resolutions and follow up with users to ensure the resolution is satisfactory.
Assist users with account logins, password resets, VPN connections, FW permissions, server access, certificates & more.
Setup, install, and configure new computers, networks, and software (Windows and Mac).
Responsible for the Onboarding and Offboarding processes in IL site (part of a team)
Support Microsoft AD and 3rd party applications and platforms (Google Workspace, Office 365, Intune, Zoom etc.)
Manage and support Windows and Mac endpoints using Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, application deployment, configuration policies, and troubleshooting.
Support hardware problems (printers, projectors, peripherals, etc.).
Working with vendors (Orders, support, licensing)
Create and follow standard IT procedures.
Use AI tools to assist with troubleshooting, documentation, automation, and day-to-day IT tasks.
Manage and maintain the IT ticketing system and support its day-to-day operation.
Requirements: 2.5-5 years of proven experience in an IT Support or IT Engineer role (preferably in tech companies).
Strong, proven experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments.
Solid experience with Microsoft Intune (device configuration, app deployment, enrollment, and policies).
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
Strong understanding of networking basics (Switches, VLANs, APs, VPNs) and security protocols (FW, EDR/XDR, DLP).
Practical experience with AI tools and a drive to leverage them for IT automation, ticketing optimization, and workflow productivity.
Knowledge of identity and access management (SSO, SAML, user provisioning) and SaaS administration (Slack, Zoom, DocuSign, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and a proactive "get-things-done" approach.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Advantages:

Familiarity with Linux, VMware, AWS, or enterprise networking/security (Palo Alto, Cato Networks).
Experience with conference room setups (e.g., Zoom Rooms).
