Are you passionate about building pipelines, researching the talent market and developing sourcing strategies to support our hiring goals? We're looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and drive sourcing strategies that align with our business needs.
What you'll do:
Build and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business and recruiting goals.
Source passive candidates using a variety of tools and methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, past candidates, employee referrals, and more.
Stakeholder Management partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and sourcing priorities.
Data-Driven sourcing Track and report sourcing metrics to evaluate and optimize pipeline effectiveness.
Talent Strategy & Market Insights Understand business needs, provide market intelligence, and influence hiring decisions with data-driven insights.
Knowledge sharing Upskill the recruiting team on best practices and contribute to ongoing team learning and process improvement.
Cross team collaboration -Partnering with the HR Operations team on projects such as the creation of a new CRM tool offering.
Requirements: Who you are:
A proactive sourcer who thrives on creating talent pipeline strategies for various roles and love a fast-paced, ever-evolving company culture.
Youll have 5+ years in a Talent / Technical Sourcer role, ideally in a regional or global role.
Proven experience sourcing for high-demand technical roles and building high quality talent pipeline.
Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred) and LinkedIn analytics.
Ability to analyze sourcing & hiring metrics and build a strategy plan based on it.
Advantage:
Experience in social media for employer branding initiatives.
Familiarity with the Fintech world.
A relevant degree (HR, Business, or related field).
