We are looking for an experienced Employer Branding Specialist to join our team.
What you will be doing:
In this role you will develop and execute our employer branding strategy, ensuring we are positioned as an employer of choice. The focus of the role will be the Israeli market with potential for Global activities as well. This role will report to the Global Marketing team and will work closely with the Sr. Director of Global People Operations located in IL and other internal stakeholders to highlight our unique company culture, attract top talent and enhance employee engagement.
Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with People Operations and leadership teams to understand hiring needs and promote the company's values, mission, and culture.
Manage external partnerships, including PR, and recruitment agencies, to enhance our brand visibility.
Create and oversee the production of engaging content (e.g., social media, videos, blogs) that showcases employee experiences and highlights what makes us a great place to work.
Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and employee recognition programs to promote the company's brand.
Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics and adjust strategies based on data and insights.
Support internal communications to strengthen employee engagement and promote the company's values internally.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities in employer branding.
Requirements: Proven experience (3+ years) in employer branding\ HR Marketing in start-up companies
Solid experience and understanding of social media management and digital marketing.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
Creative and strategic mindset.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
