Were seeking a full-time Director of Finance to join our growing finance team in Tel-Aviv. This role reports directly to our VP Finance.
Wake up for this:
* Provide strategic direction and mentorship to finance teams, including Controllers, Bookkeepers and more.
* Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with a focus on speed, accuracy, and operational excellence.
* Lead the charge in adopting AI tools and financial automation to replace manual workflows, ensuring the finance stack is as innovative as our products.
* Own the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, optimizing the flow from customer acquisition to revenue recognition.
* Ensure all consolidated financial statements are prepared in accordance with US-GAAP and SEC guidelines, ensuring IPO-readiness at all times.
* Manage relationships with external auditors and advisors to ensure seamless audits and local/federal compliance.
* Establish and maintain a robust, tech-enabled internal control environment (SOX-ready) without sacrificing company agility.
* Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations to streamline workflows.

Job Description
We are looking for a VP Finance who brings strong business judgment, financial rigor, and strategic perspective. This role partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategy into financial plans, provide clarity on performance, and support high-quality decision-making as the company scales.

The ideal candidate combines a hands-on approach with deep experience in SaaS environments , and is comfortable operating across both day-to-day finance and company-level strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
Strategic Finance & Planning - Lead AOP and 5-year planning processes; translate strategy into financial plans, targets, and resource allocation frameworks.
Forecasting & Performance Visibility - Own forecasting and reporting with a focus on key SaaS drivers (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, margins); deliver actionable insights on risks and opportunities.
Fundraising & Investor Support - Lead financial storytelling, model preparation, and diligence processes; partner with the CEO on investor communications and narrative.
Business Partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Product, and Delivery; provide financial perspective on pricing, GTM efficiency, and investment decisions.
Accounting & Financial Operations - Oversee accounting, compliance, controls, AR/AP, payroll, and cash flow management.
Systems & Data - Deploy and strengthen financial systems and reporting tools; ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization.
Team Leadership - Build and lead the finance function; foster a culture of rigor, ownership, and cross-functional partnership.
