In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end order execution, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery processes through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including warehouses, EMS partners, and cross-functional teams. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong operational and analytical skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and enjoys working across multiple interfaces and systems. Full-time position in a hybrid model (from the companys offices in Raanana / from home). Order Management & Execution
* Track orders from entry to delivery and provide ongoing updates to relevant stakeholders
* Process RMA and Web orders accurately and efficiently
* Ensure smooth and efficient end-to-end order flow and delivery execution Supply Chain & Operations Management
* Manage the daily interface with front warehouses to ensure operational efficiency and on-time delivery
* Manage EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) partners and supply activities
* Support and monitor shipment processes for both domestic and international deliveries Systems & Process Management
* Manage interfaces between order management platforms and ERP system (Priority)
* Ensure data accuracy and process alignment across systems
* Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, Purchasing, Digital, and Marketing teams to resolve order-related issues
* Act as a key operational focal point for order status, escalations, and coordination
Reporting & Analysis
* Generate, analyze, and maintain order-related KPIs and operational reports
* Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process optimization
Requirements: Experience
* 2-4+ years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics
* Experience in a global or multi-site environment - advantage
* Experience working with EMS/contract manufacturers - advantage Skills & Tools
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with ERP systems (Priority - advantage)
* Strong Excel skills Languages
* English - high level (mandatory)
* Hebrew - advantage
