About the role
We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager, Direct Materials, to join our Global Direct Sourcing organization and play a pivotal role in shaping the supplier ecosystem behind our companys innovative medical technologies.
In this highly visible global individual contributor role, you will have end-to-end ownership of sourcing activities supporting both Direct Material categories and the Israel site, without direct people management responsibilities.
In this role, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives across critical direct material and manufacturing categories that support our Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) products, including electronic manufacturing services, components, wearables, accessories, sterilization services, and engineering support.
As a key business partner, you will work at the intersection of Supply Chain, Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Legal, helping connect business needs with external supplier capabilities, technologies, and innovation opportunities. Your ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, influence decision-making, and drive sourcing excellence will directly impact business performance, supply continuity, innovation, and long-term value creation.
Success in this role means developing and executing sourcing strategies that support business growth, strengthening supplier partnerships, mitigating risk, and ensuring that sourcing decisions align with both local operational needs and global strategic objectives.
What you will do
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across direct material and manufacturing-related categories, including electronic manufacturing services, components, contract sterilization services, engineering services, testing, calibration, and accessories
Develop and implement category strategies aligned with our companys corporate objectives and Supply Chain KPIs, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, risk reduction, supplier diversification, and service enhancement
Lead supplier qualification, selection, negotiation, and contracting activities to ensure best total value for the organization
Coordinate end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) activities for the Israel site, including sourcing intake, stakeholder alignment, RFx processes, supplier evaluation, negotiations, contract coordination, approval workflows, and implementation follow-up
Partner with business stakeholders and budget owners to understand demand, define sourcing requirements, validate assumptions, and align sourcing activities with business priorities
Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Procurement Operations to ensure sourcing activities are compliant, well-documented, and aligned with company policies
Act as the key coordination point between Israel-based stakeholders and global category managers, ensuring local requirements are represented within global sourcing strategies
Facilitate cross-functional alignment, issue resolution, and effective decision-making throughout the sourcing lifecycle
Support Product Development, Early Innovation, and Engineering teams by identifying supplier capabilities, technologies, and partnership opportunities that enhance innovation and create competitive advantage.

ניהול ותכלול פעילות מטה חטיבת השירות, לרבות בניית תשתיות ניהול ובקרה, הובלת תהליכי עבודה חוצי חטיבה וחוצי ארגון, קידום טרנספורמציה דיגיטלית ושיפור מתמיד של חוויית הלקוח.

ניהול צוות המטה, הכולל גורמי אנליזה, בקרה, איכות, פרויקטים ותהליכים, תוך אחריות כוללת על נתוני החטיבה, מדדי השירות, בקרות ותמיכה שוטפת בהנהלת החטיבה לצורך עמידה ביעדים העסקיים והתפעוליים.

הובלת תחום הדיגיטל בשירות וקידום פתרונות שירות עצמיים, אוטומציה ויישומי AI לשיפור חוויית הלקוח והיעילות התפעולית.
אחריות מקצועית על מוקדי השירות, מוקדים טלפוניים וערוצי שירות דיגיטליים.
גיבוש והובלת אסטרטגיית השירות וחוויית הלקוח.
