The Planner will take a crucial part in shaping our future!
Responsibilities:
Managing and optimizing supply chain processes.
Ensuring efficient inventory management, while meeting customer requirements.
Managing global inventory levels for our warehouses abroad
Running periodic MRP to make sure safety stock are met
Managing main suppliers production planning Prioritizing production based on demand, material availability, and customer orders.
Monthly parts cost control
Creating monthly inventory reports for top management
Managing periodic inventory counts in all our warehouses locally and globally
Data Analysis & Forecasting Utilizing ERP systems and Excel to predict demand and improve operational efficiency.
Cross-Department Coordination Collaborating closely with production, procurement, logistics,
Sales operation and customer service teams.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in industrial engineering or equivalent must
(also relevant for last year students)
Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency must (will be tested)
2+ years experience as a planner in an industrial company advantage
High level of English, spoken and written.
ERP experience Priority an advantage.
