Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware debugging, including servers, BMC, PCIe, IPMI, SAS/SATA/NVMe SSDs, JBODs, spinning drives, InfiniBand, firmware, PDUs, BBUs, and other related components.
* Expertise in Linux-based environments, with a strong command of system-level tools, logs, kernel interfaces, and debugging workflows.
* Solid understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and computer networking concepts.
* Highly proactive, hands-on problem solver with a demonstrated “ownership” mindset, able to operate effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
* Proven experience working with large-scale, complex hardware products.
* Proven experience in scripting and automation using Bash and Python with the ability to build and support HW related platforms.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a leading academic institution.
4 years of experience as a board design engineer, with a strong background in executing complex hardware projects.
Experience in high-speed designs and multi-layer PCB design.
Hardware-oriented, with experience in lab work (measurements/characterization, lab equipment).
Hands-on experience in PCB bring-up and debugging.

Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary projects.
Strong project management abilities, self-driven, with excellent interpersonal skills.
System orientation with a multi-disciplinary approach and multitasking capabilities.

Hardware Practical or B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of proven experience in board level electrical validation.

Proven experience with lab equipment and board-level debugging.

Ability to understand schematics and PCB layouts.

Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork mindset.

Good technical English for reading datasheets and writing reports.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Experience working with high-speed interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet, SerDes).

Familiarity with different communication protocols ( I2C , SPI , UART etc.).

Experience with test automation.

Background using bug tracking or PLM tools.

Knowledge of server topology, PCIe protocol, BMC interfaces, and security aspects.

High proficiency in English communication and presentation.
