We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR team.
As a HR Business partner, you will partner closely with managers and employees, helping shape our people strategy, drive growth, and build an exceptional workplace where every employee can maximize his potential and thrive.

Responsibilities:

Support managers at all levels and ensure high-quality management at all business units
Utilize global tools, resources, and frameworks to develop local and regional solutions to talent, business, and operational challenges.
Serve as a trusted advisor to our managers, guiding people management practices, legal compliance, and employee engagement.
Coach managers on strengthening their managerial and leadership capabilities.
Serve as an employee advocate to ensure a healthy, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
Support onboarding, growth frameworks, learning initiatives, performance reviews and career pathing tailored to our culture and environment.
Analyze people's data and feedback to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with our global People team to align processes and share best practices.
Design and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.

Join a team of highly motivated developers to work together to fill growing software and scaling needs
Work on a range of customer-facing and internal projects, including scaling up our web-based and infrastructural software and internal security and insurance tools
Directly work on matters that are critical to the company, building software that is used actively by our insurance team and our customers whilst solving challenging software problems
Writing well-tested, organized and robust code to support a rapidly growing organization
Proactively taking on software tasks to give efficient turnaround to the requirements of the rest of our international company
Work in a modern software environment with continuously deployed and integrated code in our cloud-based infrastructure
Taking responsibility of your code, quickly responding to bugs and making sure new and existing software runs smoothly
Communicating and working openly with other developers to solve problems and produce high-quality code

As a Data Infra engineer, you will provide creative solutions for data-related problems at scale by mixing in-house and open source technology such as Kafka, Spark, Snowflake and more. You should be a Team player, a quick learner, and have a Can Do approach.



Responsibilities

Join a team of highly motivated developers to work together to fill At-Bays growing software and scaling needs
Writing well-tested, organized, and robust code to support a rapidly growing organization
Work in a modern software environment with continuously deployed and integrated code in our cloud-based infrastructure
Communicating and working openly with other developers to solve problems and produce high-quality code
Create, maintain and own the core company data pipeline, responsible for scaling up data processing flow to meet the rapid data growth at At-Bay
Consistently evolve data model & data schema based on business and engineering needs
Implement systems tracking data quality and consistency
Develop tools supporting self-service data pipeline management (ETL)
Work with stakeholders including ML Engineering, Product, Data analytics, Cyber Engineers, Risk teams and R&D teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader.

Data-driven insights. Help identify new products and opportunities for the company in diverse domains.
Develop Machine Learning models. Define requirements & combine data from a wide set of sources to develop ML/DL models that will automate and speed up our business processes.
End to end model management. Conduct in depth research, POC, write production-grade code and implement it (all the way to production) using our MLOps Infra to solve a diversity of business problems
