We are looking for a Senior software engineer to join our company's Algorithms team.
This is a hands-on technical role for an experienced software Developer who combines strong mathematical and analytical skills with high-quality software-algorithm engineering capabilities. The candidate will contribute to the research, design, implementation, validation, and deployment of advanced algorithms Embedded in diagnostic and interventional cardiology systems.
The ideal candidate is comfortable taking ideas from mathematical concepts, feasibility studies, and proof-of-concepts all the way to robust, efficient, maintainable, and production-ready software in C ++.
This is not a pure research role - we are looking for someone who can both design advanced algorithms and implement them as reliable production software.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Requirements: M.Sc. in Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related scientific/engineering discipline.
6+ years of experience in software engineering, algorithm development, applied research, or a related technical field.
Strong hands-on software development experience using C ++14 or later and Python.
Proven experience in at least one of the following areas:
o Computer Vision o Computational Geometry o Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning o Image processing o 3D data processing o Navigation, mapping, spatial algorithms, or related algorithmic domains
Experience translating requirements into architecture, software design, implementation, and validation.
