חברה חסויה
Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo
Job Type: Full Time
We're hiring our first Head of Product to own product : the vision, the roadmap, and the business outcomes they drive. Today product is founder-led, and you'll take it over.

We're not looking for a backlog manager or a spec writer. We're looking for someone who thinks like a founder: sets the direction, makes the hard calls on what we won't build, and owns the result. Most of your time will be spent outside the building, with the legal teams who use Chamelio, the buyers evaluating it, and the market we're shaping. When it matters, you'll still go deep on the work yourself.

You'll be the bridge between our customers and R&D, and you'll build the product function as we scale. If you want to define what AI-native contract management looks like for in-house legal, and own the outcome, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
Own Chamelio's product vision, strategy, and roadmap end to end, and the outcomes they're measured by adoption, expansion, and retention

Own product metrics and usage: define what success looks like for every capability, make sure it's measured, and track activation, adoption, and depth of usage across every customer account. Use that data, alongside what you hear from customers, to decide what to build, double down on, or kill, and make it the shared scoreboard for the company

Spend most of your time with in-house legal teams (GCs, legal ops, commercial counsel) and turn what you learn into opinionated product decisions

Be the face of the product to customers and prospects: lead strategic customer conversations, executive briefings, and design partnerships

Own how Chamelio shows up in the market, partnering with sales and marketing on positioning, pricing, packaging, and launches

Track the legal tech and AI landscape closely, and turn competitive and market signals into where we play and how we win

Define how AI shows up in the product: where agents act on their own, where humans stay in the loop, and what "good enough to trust" means for legal work

Partner with R&D, design, and our R&D attorneys to take what you hear from the market to production, fast

Hire and grow the product team as we scale
Requirements:
Passion to own and deliver - you take full responsibility for product outcomes, not just outputs, and drive them from idea to adoption

Curiosity and adoption of AI tools - you use tools like Claude, Cursor, or Claude Code in your own work and have a point of view on how AI is changing how products get built

8+ years in product management, including owning product strategy and roadmap (not just a feature area) in B2B SaaS

A strong customer-facing presence: you're credible in front of GCs and executive buyers, and comfortable leading high-stakes customer and sales conversations

A track record of shipping AI-powered products where outputs aren't deterministic and you had to define what "correct" means

Experience building for enterprise buyers with complex, high-stakes workflows

Executive-level judgment: you can set direction for the company, defend it to founders and the board, and change course when the evidence says so

A clear writer and communicator who creates clarity out of ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
This position is open to all candidates.

Job Type: Full Time
Working in Product means making bold decisions with the data you have. You're the type that always asks, “Is there a better way?” From product managers to designers to researchers, the people who thrive here are strategic by nature, curious by default, and comfortable sailing without a full map. So if you challenge assumptions and know how to bring multiple stakeholders together, the Fiverr Product team might be your place.

What am I going to do?:
Make an impact: Drive outcomes across the Fiverr marketplace for clients and freelancers alike — but expect the specific area you own to shift. Where you focus is set by our strategic Bets, and those change as the Bets change. Lead a multidisciplinary team: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to drive product delivery and innovation. Turn data into decisions: Define how we collect, validate, and use the signals that power the product — translating data into reliable inputs for better decision-making. Drive the end-to-end user experience: Continuously improve the surfaces and flows that users rely on, from onboarding to ongoing engagement. Develop and execute roadmaps: Create strategic product roadmaps and lead their execution, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform thinking. Collaborate across teams: Work with stakeholders across the organization to align on a shared direction and amplify impact. How we actually work: Fiverr's product org runs on strategic Bets — leadership sets a small number of company-wide Bets each half, derived directly from our OKRs, and most of our capacity flows there. Teams get assigned to whatever Bet most needs them next, not necessarily their "home" domain. That means the traditional model — a fixed squad with permanent mission and task ownership — doesn't really apply here. Scope, team composition, and priorities move as the Bets move, sometimes mid-cycle. You're joining a team and a mission-driven org, not a fixed job description, and the right person for this role reads that as the exciting part, not the risky part.

Equal opportunities:
At Fiverr, we know that talent has no single face. We welcome talent from everywhere and everyone because it makes everything we build better. Need accommodations? Just ask. And if this role excites you but you don't tick every box, apply anyway. The best people rarely fit the mold exactly.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager.
* A proven track record of making an impact as an entrepreneur, leader, or product manager — ideally on a marketplace or platform product.
* Strong analytical skills: developing product hypotheses, applying validation methods, and working with data to drive decisions.
* Strong ability to translate opportunities and needs into products and features across a broad and diverse user base.
* Good understanding of UI/UX.
* Savvy learner, avid listener, articulate communicator, and presenter.
* Genuinely energized by ambiguity and fast context-switching — comfortable being handed a new priority with less notice and fewer resources than you'd like, and adapting without losing momentum. This isn't a "pick a lane and defend it" role.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short delivery cycles.
* BA / MA / BSc / MSc in a related field.
At Fiverr, we're not about checklists. If you don't meet 100% of the requirements for this role but still feel passionate about the position and think it'll make your life more fulfilling, we want to hear from you.
This position is open to all candidates.

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo
Job Type: Full Time
About the role You own the product end to end: the problem, the prototype, the spec, the release, the experiment, and the call to keep it, change it, or kill it. Which parts of the product you're focused on follows the opportunities we decide to invest in, and you'll hold several of them at once. The craft is the same in all of them. Some of what we build is AI itself: an AI co-founder for business owners, and an AI-led signup flow. Some of it is ordinary product work: checkout, pricing, compliance filings, a dashboard. In both cases, AI is how the job gets done here, not a type of project you get assigned. You build the prototype yourself. Our PMs build working prototypes in AI coding tools such as Lovable and Claude Code - alone or with a designer, depending on the project. The prototype goes to engineering as the spec, with real components, real states and real copy. Not a wireframe and a document. You move fast. You have an engineering team building against your decisions, and you are responsible for what they spend their time on. We release several times a day, nothing waits for a quarterly plan, and what you sketch on Monday can be live by Wednesday. You run your own experiments. Design the TEST, declare the primary metric before you open it, set exposure, get it instrumented with the data team, read it, and call it. Tests run in Statsig, with results in Heap and Tableau, though often we skip the dashboard and have an AI agent read the TEST straight out of the warehouse. Closing your own TEST on control is part of the job. You get your own answers. The same habit applies to every question, not only to tests. Instead of filing a request and waiting, you go and find out. You are expected to notice when a number is wrong, and to say so before a decision gets made on it. You own the consequences. When a price renders wrong or a payment method stops appearing on one browser, you are the person who works out how many customers it reached, decides what we do for them, and makes sure it cannot happen the same way twice. You hold the stakeholders. Requests reach you from other product teams, BizDev, Marketing, Finance, Legal, CX and data, and they will not agree on what matters most. You hear them out, decide what your team takes on and in what order, and tell the people who did not get what they asked for why not. They also need to know what is changing, what it means for their work, and when it lands, before it lands.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years in product management, on a consumer or self-serve product.
* You already build with AI coding tools. This is a requirement, not an advantage. If you have never shipped a working prototype yourself, this role will be frustrating.
* Deeply analytical. Given a metric that moved, you can break it into the parts that could have moved it, work out which one did, and say how confident you are in the answer.
This position is open to all candidates.

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo
Job Type: Full Time
we are looking for a Senior Product Manager.
The hard part is deciding what good enough means. Perfect coverage, perfect freshness, and low cost cannot all be true at once, and the person in this seat is the one who has to make that call for each use case and defend it.
In your first year, we expect you to set a clear quality bar for our search products that the team builds against, have a real influence on where our index goes next, and bring us a point of view on where search infrastructure is heading.
This is a hands-on senior IC role with real ownership, reporting to the Director of Product. You will work day to day with our search engineering and research teams, with the evaluation team, and with customer success, who bring us quality feedback from real accounts every week. Our search engineers are deeply experienced in large-scale retrieval, and the product team is small, so you will argue your case directly with the people building it. That only works if you have built at this scale yourself.
Your responsibilities will include:
Set the quality bar and release criteria for search: what good means per use case, and what a change has to clear before it ships. Our evaluation team owns the measurement, and you work closely with them on what to measure and why.
Own the depth, latency, and cost tradeoffs across our search products, and make them explicit and defensible.
Shape the direction of our index: what it needs to cover, how fresh it needs to be, and what quality bar it has to meet.
Build a point of view on where search infrastructure is going as agents, rather than people, become the main consumer, and turn that into a roadmap.
Know how we compare to the alternatives customers evaluate, and drive the work that closes the gaps that matter.
Work with customer success and directly with customers to understand where our results fall short in real workflows, and turn that into quality priorities.
Partner with the data and vertical product owners on what our corpus needs to contain and how results should be shaped per industry.
Requirements:
5+ years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion spent on high-scale search or ranking systems: web search, feed ranking at a large social platform, or a large ad engine.
A background as an engineer, ML engineer, or researcher on a production system in one of those areas. This is a requirement rather than a preference. You will be making tradeoff calls alongside senior search engineers, and you need to have built something at that scale yourself.
Direct experience shipping a search or ranking change end to end, including how it was evaluated and what happened after it shipped.
A strong data foundation: you can design an experiment, read eval results critically, and tell a real quality improvement from noise.
Product judgment to match the technical depth: you can decide what to build and what to leave, and defend it to both engineers and customers.
Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and how retrieval fits into agentic workflows.
Comfort with ambiguity, moving between strategy and execution without losing the thread.
The ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
This position is open to all candidates.

חברה חסויה
Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo
Job Type: Full Time
You'll be part of the team that owns every interaction a customer has with their FinOps data - helping some of the largest corporations in the world adopt and mature their FinOps practice. That runs from the budget they set for next year, to Billy, our FinOps assistant, to the heavy data APIs their platform teams build on top of us.

Inside a single customer, that's hundreds of users a day - engineers, FinOps analysts, finance leads, and increasingly AI agents asking on their behalf. Billions of dollars of cloud and AI spend run through us, so one decision made on a screen you designed moves millions. Make it clear, and a company builds differently. Make it confusing, and they go the wrong way for a quarter.

And the AI half is wide open. Three fronts, all live right now:

FinOps for AI. Make AI spend measurable - GPUs, tokens, models, inference - and attributable to the team, product, and customer that generated it.

AI for FinOps. Agents that 10x a FinOps team. The furthest edge of FinOps innovation, and no playbook to copy.

We are for agents. Agents are becoming the ones asking and acting. We have to be the layer they query and act through - which means designing for a user who isn't human.

How we work, and who we're looking for:

We move fast, we work hard, and we have a good time doing it. You'll love it here if:

You prototype with AI, hand it to our coding agent, and get an answer in days instead of quarters.

Speed is the part of the job you enjoy, not the part you survive.

You'd rather ship something imperfect to ten enterprise customers this month than a perfect thing next quarter.

You don't believe in six-month roadmaps either. A plan written in January is fiction by March, and you'd rather re-plan every few weeks and be right.

You want to sit across from the sharpest FinOps and platform people on earth, hear exactly what's wrong with your product, and have your fix in their hands days later.

You already use AI to do real work, not to look busy. You've built with it, and you can tell output from value.

You want to define products that don't exist yet, in a category being invented right now.

You're comfortable being the most junior person in one room and the most senior in the next, on the same day.

And probably not, if:

You need a stable roadmap, a quiet quarter, and a clear lane.

Your favorite part of product is the process.

You want to be handed requirements, or hand them off.

You use the term strategic to describe your next pm position; we build and create value; we dont talk about strategy for a living.

Your AI experience is mostly having opinions about AI.
Requirements:
7+ years in product, including ownership of a complex B2B or data-heavy product used by technical users

Independent by default. You don't wait to be unblocked, prioritized for, or told what happens next - you find out and go

Evidence you've shipped fast, more than once, without leaving a mess behind

You can hold a real conversation with engineers about APIs, data models, and tradeoffs, then hold one with a CFO about forecasting

Comfort with enterprise customers: discovery, hard conversations, and telling a very large logo no when the answer is no

You want to make an impact at the company level, and you know that here it comes from what you ship, not from what you present

A cloud, FinOps, DevOps, or infrastructure background is a strong plus. Curiosity about it is mandatory.
This position is open to all candidates.

Job Type: Full Time
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Detection team and help drive our detection-based solutions. In this role, you will own a core part of the platform that detects and decides, in real time, whether an interaction can be trusted - telling humans from agents from fraudsters in real time, at a moment when that line is blurring fast. Fraud and risk now touch every interaction, and autonomous AI agents are dissolving the old assumptions about what "human," "trusted," and "normal" even mean. You'll fuse device, behavioral, network, and contextual signals into accurate risk real-time decisions across login, transactions, and the full user journey - and help invent the detection approaches this new landscape demands, not just tune the ones that worked yesterday.
This is a balanced role at the intersection of deep detection technology and real customer outcomes. You'll translate identity fraud and risk problems into a clear roadmap, work shoulder-to-shoulder with researchers, data scientists and engineers on detection quality, and make sure what we ship moves the needle for customers. Staying ahead of this threat landscape - from classic fraud and bots to increasingly sophisticated automated and agent-driven attacks - is central to the job. You won't need to be a data scientist, but you should be genuinely curious about how detection works and comfortable reasoning about precision, recall, and false positives with the team.
What youll do:
Own the roadmap for your area of the detection platform - from discovery and problem definition through delivery and adoption - and align it with company strategy and customer needs.
Partner closely with data science and engineering to improve detection quality: recommendation accuracy, coverage of new fraud and abuse patterns, model and rule performance, and reduction of false positives.
Define what "good" looks like and track the metrics that matter - detection rate, false-positive rate, customer impact, latency, and adoption - and use them to drive decisions.
Engage regularly with customers, TAMs, and analysts to understand real fraud problems and the operational reality of running detection at scale.
Anticipate emerging threats, including automated and AI-driven abuse, and shape how the platform detects and responds to them.
Write clear, lean specs and PRDs, and make sharp scoping calls that get value to customers quickly without over-building.
Work with design and documentation to deliver a coherent, well-explained experience across the admin console and APIs.
Support go-to-market with enablement, positioning input, and helping the field and customers adopt what we build.
Manage stakeholders and dependencies across product, engineering, data science, and other teams.
דרישות:
4-6 years of product management experience, ideally on technical, data-heavy, or platform/API products.
Background in fraud prevention, risk, cybersecurity, identity, or anti-abuse - you understand how adversaries operate and why detection has to keep evolving as automation and AI-driven agents reshape the threat landscape.
Comfort with technical depth - you can hold your own in conversations about data, models, risk signals, and precision/recall trade-offs, and translate them into product decisions.
Strong customer instinct - you move effectively between the engineering room and a customer call, and you use customer signal to prioritize.
A track record of shipping - turning ambiguous problems into scoped, delivered outcomes with measurable impact.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; you write crisp specs and clear narratives.
Strong prioritization and judgment - you make lean, MVP-minded decisions and challenge scope rather than gold-plating.
Collaborative, low-ego, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to Have:
Background in fraud prevention, risk, cybersecurity, identity, or anti-abuse.
Familiarity with machine learning work המשרה מיועדת לנשים ולגברים כאחד.

Were hiring a Senior Product Manager who moves the needle. Someone who thinks big, challenges assumptions, and brings bold, out-of-the-box features that truly elevate the product. Were looking for a builder who sees the full picture and knows how to turn vision into meaningful impact at scale.

Responsibility
Sit with customers - bookkeepers, agency owners, IT providers - map how money really moves through their firms, and turn that into a product.
Run the roadmap: intake from every team, ruthless prioritization, tradeoffs made explicit - including telling the CEO "not this quarter," with reasons. Translate insights and push initiatives forward end-to-end - from idea to release and adoption.
Write specs that engineers respect: enough clarity to build from, enough room to push back on. Maintain and prioritize a dynamic roadmap based on impact, effort, and strategic goals.
Pull your own data, define success metrics before launch, and kill the things that don't work.
Ship AI features in a domain where being wrong has a cost - and design for that: confidence thresholds, review loops, easy undo.
Requirements:
Requirements
Youve led a team of product managers - set their direction, grew them, and owned a whole products outcomes through them - on top of years of hands-on PM work of your own.
6+ years in product, most of it in B2B SaaS, at least 4 in startup conditions.
Hands-on with data: you pull your own numbers and form your own view. SQL is a plus; waiting on an analyst is a minus.
Real personal AI practice - your own workflow has visibly changed - and ideally, youve shipped AI inside a product where errors cost something.
You can learn an unglamorous domain deeply and explain it simply. Billing, payments, AR, accounting: our brand is making this complexity vanish, and that starts with the PM.
Humility with a spine: you change your mind on evidence, own your misses out loud, and still hold the line when youre right.
Strong advantage: background in fintech, billing, payments, AR/invoicing, or accounting integrations - or vertical SaaS for service SMBs.

Extra
Strong advantage: background in fintech, billing, payments, AR/invoicing, or accounting integrations - or vertical SaaS for service SMBs.
Experience working with SMB/B2B workflows (especially service providers).

As a Senior AI Product Manager at our company you thrive at the intersection of product innovation and execution velocity: someone who deeply understands customer problems, forms an opinionated view of what to build, and then drives it all the way to shipped, adopted product that moves business metrics.
This is a single-threaded ownership role. You won't be handed a roadmap. You'll build one, grounded in customer evidence and strategic judgment, then own every step from problem framing through launch and measurement. You'll work directly with leadership, engineering, and GTM in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment where every decision carries real weight. The right person for this role has built products from ambiguity before, has the conviction to say no to 90% of requests, and has a track record of shipping things that customers didn't know they needed but can't live without
Responsibilities
Own product strategy and execution for a core domain end to end, from identifying the right problems through shipped, adopted product
Go deep on customers, competitors, and market dynamics; translate what you learn into product bets backed by evidence, not opinion
Make the hard prioritization calls and build a transparent system the whole company trusts for deciding what gets built and what doesn't
Drive delivery with speed and precision: tight specs, aggressive scoping, fast cycles, zero ambiguity
Validate before you build; design fast research cycles and kill your own ideas when the data says so
Tie every initiative to a business metric with a measurement plan before development begins; own the full loop through post-launch impact
Keep the CEO, R&D, and GTM aligned with clear communication and crisp decisions
Build repeatable systems for customer research, competitive intelligence, and internal feedback loops.
Requirements:
8+ years in product management, including 2-3+ years as a senior/lead PM in B2B
Proven end-to-end ownership: discovery → shipped product with business impact
Strong product sense and customer empathy; focuses on outcomes, not features
Excellent prioritization; identifies high-impact work and makes clear tradeoffs
Ships fast; drives teams to high output through focused execution
Strong technical fluency (architecture, data, AI/ML); works closely with R&D
Clear communicator; writes sharp specs and keeps teams aligned
Curious and self-driven; learns fast and owns execution end-to-end.
This position is open to all candidates.
