We seek a skilled System Qualification Engineer to join our R&D Hardware team and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Hardware projects.
You will lead system-level qualification, integration, and testing activities, working closely with hardware, software, and System teams to validate our products before deployment.
A day in the life and how youll make an impact:
Lead qualification, testing, and validation of multidisciplinary systems.
Define and execute test plans to ensure product performance and compliance.
Collaborate with hardware, software, and mechanical teams to resolve system-level issues.
Troubleshoot and investigate integration or performance problems in lab and field environments.
Document test results and provide clear feedback to development teams.
Work with subcontractors and suppliers to support qualification and testing tasks.
Travel internationally up to 25% of the time to support on-site testing and deployment.
Requirements: BSc in Electrical / Mechanical / Integration Engineering or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in system qualification, validation, or integration in a multidisciplinary environment.
Strong hands-on capabilities
Problem solving skills and can do approach
Familiarity with communication protocols and lab equipment.
Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and performing assemblies accordingly
Highly motivated, proactive, and a team player.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
