We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Procurement lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the company procurement, ensure cost-effective purchasing across all departments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align procurement processes with business goals, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality.
Responsibilities
Lead the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Analyze market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and mitigate supply risks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and specifications.
Requirements: Proven experience (5+ years) as a Procurement lead or in a similar role.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Deep understanding of supply chain management, sourcing, and procurement processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Experience with HW and services procurement
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
