We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our R&D team.
You will be a part of an end-to-end quality assurance process, testing new features, investigating complex technical issues in the production environment (with an emphasis on infrastructure), working in close collaboration with our product, R&D and customer success teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze requirements and write test plans for new features
Perform manual tests to ensure the product's functionality, performance and security (UI, API, Integration, Regression)
Design test cases for QA Automation
Participate in technical design meetings of new features
Provide support to internal teams that manage customer relationships - Investigate, diagnose, and communicate technical issues
Take an active part in our version release process and work closely with the R&D developers and the Product team

As a Tier 3 Support Engineer, you'll be in charge of diagnosing and investigating technical issues in the production environment, coordinating with product managers, senior developers and our customer success team.
You will be the bridge between the customer facing stakeholders and the R&D team, communicating issues and pushing high standards and meeting the company SLA.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to internal teams that manage customer relationships.
Investigate, diagnose, and communicate technical issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the R&D and Product teams to provide issue resolutions, workarounds and product improvement ideas.
Report bugs to the R&D and Product teams and prioritize.
Create reports for various use cases.
Participate in manual QA testing for new features as needed, based on team priorities and product release timeline.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting and expanding our automation efforts. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions across our multi-cloud and on-premises environments.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to up our Control Plane team. Youll help craft innovative features and key components for Wekas main product, which is a distributed file system that provides critical services and value for our customers.

As a Senior Software Engineer, youll:

Design, implement, unit test, and maintain features to be of production quality performance and stability
Take ownership and lead the development of different components in the control plane
Work alongside Product and QA personnel to improve correctness and quality

The filesystem group is a high-powered team responsible for implementing algorithms at scales of 100s of PBs. The team also manages the core filesystem components, including blocks and metadata management, snapshots, RAID logic, object-store tiering, unique cloud disaster recovery features, and more. And most importantly, they skillfully handle the most delicate part of the solution our customers data.

As a Senior Software Engineer, youll:

Design and develop distributed file system components to support data management features such as snapshots, replication, tiering, and advanced data reduction algorithms;
Participate in the design, architecture, and implementation of next-generation storage architecture;
Assist in technically managing initial storage implementations including proofs-of-concept;
Diagnose bottlenecks and implement clean and performant solutions to achieve unbeatable performance;
Design algorithms and data structures to make sure customer data is safe and coherent across our solution in a wide variety of failure modes; and
Constantly revisit the architecture, algorithms, and methodologies to improve productivity, reliability, and maintainability.

As a Senior Software Engineer, youll:
