Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in conducting V&V activities of Medical devices, including writing, and executing test plans and protocols for medical devices with a strong emphasis on QA/RA and problem-solving.
Experience with multi-disciplinary medical device companies.
Strong technical background, and understanding of complex systems including processes.
Formal and practical knowledge of testing methodologies including design and implementation of test protocols, test harnesses tools, infrastructures, and test automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of global quality and regulatory environment for medical devices including FDA CFR 21 part 820.30 and IEC 60601-1-1 (CE mark), ISO 13485, and risk management requirements and development dependencies.
Fluency in English - written and spoken.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communication Systems / Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in validation, verification, or QA engineering.
Proven experience with embedded systems testing.
Experience working with communication protocols and basic networking concepts (e.g., data flows, interfaces, protocol behavior).
Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems.
Experience in test infrastructure, lab environments, and test setups.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Strong teamwork abilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Familiarity with defect tracking and validation tools (e.g., Jira) -an advantage.
Fluent in English and Hebrew.

At least 2 years of managerial experience leading a technical team and at least 5 years of experience in SW-HW integration in a multidisciplinary environment
Hands-on experience with embedded Linux and multi-SoC platforms
Proven technical ability to lead resolution of complex system-level issues
Strong system-level debugging skills across software and hardware boundaries
Experience investigating complex integration issues involving networking, logging systems, drivers, and infrastructure components

Requirements:
* Actively participate in hands on PCB design including schematics creation and layout work using industry standard EDA tools.
* Participate in the development of next-generation electro-optical (EO) devices and sub-systems for high-speed communication.
* Support electro-optic sub-systems and evaluation boards through schematic design, component selection, characterization, layout considerations, and implementation. Provide guidance on fabrication and assembly.
* Utilize advanced PCB technologies including mSAP, high-density HDI, and state-of-the-art PCB materials optimized for high-speed signal integrity supporting speeds up to 224 Gbps.
* Lead board bring-up, characterization, and debug, including high-speed scope and VNA measurements.
* Collaborate with hardware project teams, including Production, Software/Firmware, Photonics, and system.

* Hands-on experience with Cadence tools (Allegro, OrCAD) for schematic capture and PCB layout.
* Experience in design ownership on major blocks/clusters from definition through implementation phases.
* Strong hands-on laboratory skills and debugging capabilities.
* Skilled in working with advanced PCB materials and high-density PCB technologies, including complex stackups and fine-pitch routing.

* Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, VNAs, and spectrum analyzers. What Will Make You a Star Candidate:
* Proven proficiency in ANSYS HFSS / SIwave / 3D Layout for electromagnetic, SI, and PI simulations.
* Ability to interpret and simulate S-parameters, eye diagrams, and frequency-domain models.
* Experience in PCB design involving high-speed DSPs, including power integrity, signal-integrity constraints, and high-speed interface routing.
* Practical experience with high-speed sampling oscilloscopes and optical spectrum analyzers.
* Experience with optical transceivers.
* Knowledge of photonic integration technology and its ecosystem.
* Experience in lab automation using Python -based tools.

Requirements:
BSc in computer science, Mathematics, or similar field
3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and automating algorithm validation or software testing, with a focus on performance testing for complex, data-intensive, or machine-learning algorithms.
Experience with Python (NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, Pandas)
Strong analytical capabilities and experience in data processing

Requirements:
* Relevant experience in Hardware Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electro-Mechanical Systems Engineering.
* System-level understanding of Command & Control (C2) systems, preferably shelter-based/mobile command units, networking infrastructures, and computing platforms.
* Experience in system architecture design and technical specification development.
* Familiarity with engineering standards (experience in a defense environment is an advantage).
* Understanding of electrical systems.
