Prompt Engineer - AI Research & Reliability | Maternity Leave Replacement
A leading high-tech company in Ramat Gan is looking for a Prompt Engineer to join its AI team for a maternity leave replacement.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompts and LLM-powered workflows.
Build and improve AI agent systems, including multi-agent architectures, orchestration, and tool calling.
Develop evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and testing pipelines to measure AI quality and reliability.
Analyze AI behavior, production traces, and evaluation results to identify failure modes and improve system performance.
Conduct experiments and research new techniques in Generative AI, NLP, and agentic systems.
Collaborate with Product, data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
Requirements: 2+ years of relevant experience in AI Engineering, ML Engineering, NLP, data Science, or a similar technical role focused on LLM-powered applications.
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Strong Python programming skills and experience with APIs and software development practices.
Hands-on experience building AI agents and multi-step workflows, including orchestration and tool calling.
Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and context management.
Experience with AI evaluation, benchmarking, experimentation, and performance analysis.
Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks - an advantage.
