Our Global Business Group is looking for a Service Business Manager to lead, oversee, and ensure the achievement of the companys yearly service goals: Revenue and profitability.
You will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of customers needs and the service offering as well as lead the alignment of territories with Divisions and the Global HQ service team, to drive smooth and effective execution.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
Increase the global service revenues by increasing VAS & Contracts sales
Definite new VAS with the Product Divisions along the ongoing PLC
Prepare & maintain up-to-date marketing collateral suits for VAS sales by SBM and maintain an eight-quarter opportunities plan.
Refine the contracts content, prepare & maintain up-to-date marketing collateral, and prepare a four-quarter plan for increasing the contract attach rate.
Craft precise service sales opportunities, matching customers needs with the territories Service Business Managers and Directors.
Manage the service price list: Yearly update, new product introduction, and ongoing needs
Increase the SAM and maximize revenue and GM by quarterly analyzing and monitoring the service business results & trends (per territory, division, and revenue category).
Marketing collaterals: Prepare & maintain up-to-date materials, train the territories' service business managers, and assure assimilation in the sales processes.
Lead the service business in territories from target planning to full successful execution.
Requirements: At least 3 years as a Service Manager in a multi-disciplinary company
At least 3 years of B2B sales leadership experience, focusing on building value-added solutions, sales processes and negotiation.
Strong customer relationship connections and interpersonal skills to assure customer satisfaction.
Proven track record of working within a matrix organization.
A minimum of a bachelors degree in electrical/mechanical engineering. MBA - advantage.
Experience in the semiconductor process/process control market- advantage.
2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst - advantage.
Must be willing to travel ~25% of the work routine time.
