Job Description:
MazeBolt is seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This strategic role bridges technical expertise with customer engagement, ensuring that our enterprise customers achieve their business objectives through MazeBolt’s cutting-edge security products. This is a key role in MazeBolt’s success. You will serve as both a trusted advisor and technical expert, working directly with customers from onboarding through adoption and long-term success. You will also play a key role in supporting the global sales team by delivering technical presentations, guiding proof-of-concepts, and ensuring smooth evaluations that lead to customer wins and renewals. You will be managing our customers and making sure all get the value they deserve and that the value is delivered through excellent service and account management. Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Success & Account Management
* Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 organizations
* Manage the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
* Understand customer pain points, compelling events, business goals, and success measures and align MazeBolt solutions to meet those objectives
* Conduct regular touchpoints such as QBRs/EBRs and ongoing strategic reviews to demonstrate value
* Drive product adoption and usage while minimizing churn and ensuring timely renewals
* Act as the customer advocate internally by relaying feedback to product, support, and management teams
* Analyze system usage to recommend additional services, training, or solutions to maximize value
* Lead customers through technical project lifecycles: architecture design (HLD, LLD), installation, configuration, documentation, and validation

Required Algorithms Engineer - 3D Perception
Which department will you join?
The AV sensing group is responsible for the critical and challenging task of object detection and scene comprehension using LiDAR and Radar sensors.
This role requires working at our Ramat Gan offices at least 2 days per week.
What will your job look like:
Develop algorithms for processing and validating 3D sensor data
Build and maintain geometric libraries and tools for spatial data processing
Combine classic programming with algorithm development in Python
Work on problems involving 3D geometry, coordinate systems, and sensor calibration
Take ownership of algorithmic challenges from research to production implementation
Collaborate with other teams to integrate solutions into the broader system.

Required SoC Verification Technical Lead
Which department will you join?
The SOC verification group owns the important and challenging job of verifying our chip. It is involved from product specification to final SOC delivery, and involves all the system components. The group is made up of few of the best verification engineers, so besides contributing to making our roads safer, youll get the chance to work at one of the most professional verification teams.
What will your job look like:
You'll be responsible for Pre-Silicon system-level verification of the most cutting-edge AI accelerators and technologies in the automotive field.
Define the TestPlan, develop and run tests on simulation/emulation environments, develop test environment and verification collaterals.
You'll have a broad effect on our unique product from the very beginning of the process.

Required SoC Performance Modeling Engineer
The EyeQ SoC Performance Modeling and Profiling team is part of the EyeQ Platform Group (EPG), working on both current and next-generation designs for ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) and Autonomous Vehicles (AV).
Performance models and profiling tools are essential components of the EPG infrastructure they are used during the hardware architecture definition phase of the EyeQ chip and by software developers to optimize performance.
What will your job look like:
You will be part of team that develops SoC Performance Modeling environment and emulators
You will work on SOC performance analysis and optimizations.
You will be running HW benchmarks, to measure HW performance and to calibrate the simulation environment to match the performance of the silicon board.
You will be working on HW performance analysis and tuning, and influence future SoC design.
You will have the opportunity to work on open-source simulation and profiling tools and adopt them to our needs.
You will work closely with HW architects and SW/Algorithms developers.
