Responsiilities:
Identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis aligned with company strategy and revenue KPIs.
Partner cross-functionally to translate data findings into actionable business and marketing decisions.
Design, run, and analyse A/B tests to evaluate sales strategies and revenue monetization.
Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales insights, business behaviour, and key trends.
Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, influencing both tactical and strategic decisions.
Leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate analytical workflows and uncover deeper insights.
Support client QBR, Businesss events, sales speeches with actionable data, insights learnings, answering business challenges, supporting our storytelling or selling speech.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in marketing / sales data analytics, preferably in consumer-facing digital products or Saas Enterprise providers.
Strong command of SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Matplotlib).
Proven ability to design and analyze A/B tests and apply sound experimental methodology.
Strong understanding of how to leverage AI to improve analysis speed, accuracy, and impact.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to craft a clear narrative from complex data.
