With multiple products, go-to-market motions, and legacy models accumulated over 13 years, the pricing function is now under Product leadership with strong executive focus and support. Youll be expected to lead with clarity, bring sharp decision-making, and drive measurable business impact while working closely with key stakeholders across the companys leadership team.
Responsibilities:
Own the global pricing and packaging strategy across all products, customer segments, partners, and strategic partnerships.
Lead and manage a pricing team to execute pricing initiatives and maintain operational excellence.
Lead pricing simplification initiatives and identify high-impact changes that improve clarity, revenue, and customer experience.
Continuously monitor pricing effectiveness based on sales performance, customer adoption, competitive landscape, and product evolution.
Partner with Product, Sales, and GTM leadership to develop pricing for new offerings and evolve existing ones.
Ensure all pricing decisions are data-informed and aligned with company goals - leveraging competitive intelligence, market trends, and customer feedback.
Drive consistent pricing execution across new and renewal business, from self-service to enterprise.
Define and enforce pricing governance frameworks.
Help evolve our monetization systems and tooling to support pricing automation and reduce friction.
Develop and deliver sales enablement, training, and best practices to improve pricing execution.
Champion a pricing model that is both strategic and executable, avoiding complexity that does not deliver measurable value.

Which department will you join? The AV sensing group is responsible for the critical and challenging task of object detection and scene comprehension using LiDAR and Radar sensors. ** This role requires working at our Ramat Gan offices at least 1 day per week.
What will your job look like:
Develop algorithms for processing and validating 3D sensor data
Build and maintain geometric libraries and tools for spatial data processing
Combine classic programming with algorithm development in Python
Work on problems involving 3D geometry, coordinate systems, and sensor calibration
Take ownership of algorithmic challenges from research to production implementation
Collaborate with other teams to integrate solutions into the broader system
All you need is:
Master's degree in CS, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering (exceptional Bachelor's with strong industry experience will be considered)
