Our IT Manager will lead and operate the internal IT function, combining strong technical skills with independent leadership and planning capabilities. This role is responsible for supporting ~150 employees across a hybrid environment, overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, and enterprise tools, while managing projects, budgets, and vendors.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, service-oriented, and able to drive IT strategy, execution, and scale with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
Own internal IT support and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and device management (Mac & Windows).
Manage and optimize IT infrastructure and Azure cloud environment.
Oversee office hardware, software licensing, budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement.
Administer IAM and SSO across multiple IdPs, ensuring secure access and endpoint protection.
Drive IT projects such as system rollouts, automation, and office moves.
Evaluate and implement tools to enhance security and productivity.
Support and mentor the IT team with a hands-on, service-focused approach.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in IT Management or a related role, with hands-on ownership of IT systems and infrastructure.
Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), identity management (Azure Entra AD), and corporate networking (VPNs, Wi-Fi, firewalls).
Knowledge in device management platforms such as Intune and Kandji, as well as IT security best practices.
Solid expertise in Azure cloud environments, including virtual machines.
Comfortable working across departments and directly with external vendors, including contract negotiation and procurement coordination.
Experience with compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
Excellent communication, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional projects and shifting business needs.
