Were looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our GTM Operations team and help power our Sales and Marketing engine through automation, data accuracy, and insights. Youll play a key role in maintaining our CRM (Salesforce), managing system integrations, and delivering clear, actionable reporting for the GTM organization. Youll also build automations using tools like n8n, Attio, and Zapier to streamline processes and improve visibility across the funnel.

Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize Salesforce processes, including lead routing, opportunity stages, and account management.
Ensure data integrity across Salesforce, HubSpot, and other connected GTM tools.
Build and manage automations using tools like n8n, Attio, and Zapier to streamline GTM workflows.
Create and manage dashboards and reports to track sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting.
Analyze funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to improve processes and visibility.
Document workflows and implement best practices across GTM systems.
Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and HubSpot (admin or power-user level).
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat).
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and dashboarding skills (Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Looker a plus).
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
Understanding of GTM processes like lead routing, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
