Required Senior DevOps Engineer
About the Role
As a DevOps Engineer, youll join a high-impact R&D team and own the infrastructure that powers our real-time decisions. Youll tackle challenges of architecture, scale, and reliability by designing, building, and operating cloud-native systems, and by extending the tooling that enables fast, safe delivery at scale.
We review millions of transactions daily and make sub-second decisions that sit in the heart of our customers critical business flow. We collect and analyze terabytes of textual, behavioral, social, geographical, and other data, using machine learning algorithms to power one of the worlds leading fraud-prevention platforms.

What You'll Be Doing:
Design, build and manage our development and production cloud-native infrastructure in AWS
Establish and evolve standards for microservices (IaC modules, Helm charts, policies)
Build and maintain our product release workflow and continuous integration/delivery systems
Continuously improve our visibility into its systems and applications with advanced monitoring, metrics, and log analytics, analysis
Understand, implement, and automate security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation
Play a key role in product planning and execution
Develop internal tools that remove friction and boost developer productivity.
Continuously evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve performance, reliability, and developer velocity

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who is a Front-End expert at heart. You will play a key role in evolving our web platform and eventually helping us bridge the gap toward a native mobile experience (React Native). We need a developer who doesn't just "build features," but someone who thinks deeply about system efficiency, performance trade-offs, and maintainability. You will work closely with the CTO and Tech Lead to ensure our stack remains pragmatic and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the Front-End lifecycle using Next.js and React, ensuring high-fidelity UI and seamless state management.
Contribute to our NestJS backend, maintaining a clean and typed API layer.
Evaluate our current architecture to identify opportunities for simplification and performance optimization.
Help define the transition strategy from a web-heavy platform to a unified React Native mobile experience.
Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to accelerate delivery and maintain high code quality.

Lead the vision and roadmap for the Menu, evolving it from a resource list into a proactive, AI-powered hub that travels with the user across platforms.
Drive the integration of GenAI and Multi-Agent chat within the Menu, making it the primary interface for users to automate workflows and interact with company knowledge.
Own the product lifecycle from ideation through go-to-market, with end-to-end accountability for delivering measurable business value.
Work closely with teams from engineering, design, and data to ensure a seamless, omnipresent experience across Web, Desktop (Electron), and Mobile.

Required Technical Account Manager
About the Role
Our clients come in many shapes and sizes, span multiple software platforms and each one has its own unique story and internal flows. The Technical Account Manager will be working cross-functionally to assist our merchants in scaling up the technical aspects of our products.
Externally, youll be working with brand-name retailers who are looking to reduce online fraud rates, and increase their bottom line by optimizing, improving, and enhancing their current services.
Internally, you'll collaborate daily with various departments including Product, Account Management, Analytics, Data Science, and R&D to ensure all relevant aspects of the product life cycle are addressed.
The end goal of the Technical Account Manager is to own the technical aspects of integration efforts, upsells and cross-sales to accelerate our merchants growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
Act as the primary technical contact for enterprise merchants, leading integration efforts, upsells, and cross sales initiatives.
Translate business needs into technical solutions by leveraging a deep understanding of our platform and capabilities.
Build and manage joint project plans with clients, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
Partner closely with Account Management, Sales, and Support as the technical subject matter expert for new and existing offerings.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, investigate logs and data, and provide clear, actionable solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and product capabilities.
