We are seeking a Global IT Manager to lead and evolve Fiverr’s worldwide IT operations. This senior role oversees our global IT strategy, service delivery, infrastructure, and support teams across multiple locations. What am I going to do?:


* Lead, mentor, and grow Fiverr’s global IT team, including regional IT leads, support engineers, and specialists.
* Own the global IT roadmap: driving standardization, modernization, and long-term scalability.
* Oversee global Tier 1-2 support operations and ensure world-class service levels across time zones.
* Manage the full lifecycle of end-user hardware (primarily macOS), SaaS platforms, identity systems, and collaboration tools.
* Define and optimize global IT processes, documentation, and KPIs.

As Technical Support Engineer (L2), you will become the deep expert on how our system works end-to-end. Become the System Expert

Develop a deep understanding of detection flows, architecture, and security engines.
Build expertise across product surfaces, customer use cases, and common integration patterns.
Act as the internal knowledge hub for how our system behaves in real-world scenarios.
Lead Technical Investigations

Diagnose complex issues across customer integrations, APIs, on-chain data, and detection results.
Perform basic Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and communicate findings clearly and confidently.
Read and interpret logs (DataDog, Kibana, Grafana, etc.) to identify anomalies or system irregularities.
Monitor performance metrics and security-related alerts.

We're looking for a Corporate Systems Administrator to own Port's internal IT systems, identity lifecycle, and governance processes as we scale globally and progress toward FedRAMP authorization.
