We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team and take on a strategic role within the organization. Reporting directly to the VP Legal & Compliance, you will lead key legal initiatives, advise on complex business matters, and help scale our legal function in line with the companys fast-paced global growth. What Youll Do
Lead and close enterprise B2B negotiations with major US and European customers.
Provide proactive, hands-on legal counsel on all matters relevant to a high-growth tech company, including fundraising, corporate governance, and operational initiatives.
Advise on strategic legal matters, identifying issues, developing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align legal guidance with business priorities.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial, technology, and partnership agreements.
Provide guidance on commercial, corporate, regulatory, HR, and emerging tech matters, including AI, IP, and data privacy (GDPR/CCPA).
Support the management and Board of Directors on governance, reporting, and compliance matters.
Work closely with multiple external legal teams, ensuring coordinated, cost-efficient, and high-quality support.
Monitor evolving laws and proactively update policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
Please note that this role is on a hybrid model of 4 days/week in our Tel-Aviv office.
Requirements: Licensed attorney in Israel with 7+ years of experience in commercial/hi-tech law, combining both top-tier law firm and in-house experience (in-house experience is a must).
Proven expertise in enterprise-level B2B SaaS contracts, negotiations, and commercial deals.
Strong knowledge of data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), AI regulation, corporate governance, and employment law.
Customer-facing mindset, skilled at building trust and negotiating win-win agreements with enterprise clients.
Excellent communicator, embracing pro-activity and over-communication to ensure full alignment across teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (native or near-native).
Assertive, creative, solutions-oriented, with a strong business-enabling mindset.
High ownership, ability to manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
