Were looking for a highly organized, data-driven Junior Marketing Operations Specialist to support our fast-growing marketing team. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to work in Israels high-tech ecosystem, gain hands-on experience with modern marketing tools, and help build scalable processes across a global B2B SaaS/AI company.
Youll play a critical role in maintaining our marketing systems, improving performance, assisting with PPC campaigns, operating event execution and supporting day-to-day campaign execution.
Responsibilities
Marketing Systems
Maintain marketing automation platforms (HubSpot / Salesforce Marketing) including building emails, workflows, newsletters and nurture sequences.
Ensure integrations between marketing tools (CRM, webinar platforms, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, website forms, analytics tools) remain stable and accurate.
Campaign Operations
Assist in launching and QAing email campaigns, landing pages, webinars, event registrations, and paid media initiatives.
Help to operationalize and execute offline and online events
Help to build paid campaigns in Google Adwords & in Linkedin, including banner creation, implementation & tracking
Assist with SEO tasks from blog creation to wordpress operations
Reporting
Build dashboards and reports for funnel metrics, campaign performance, and lead sources.
Monitor KPIs including MQL → SAL → SQO conversion, channel performance, and database health.
Provide weekly insights and recommendations based on performance trends.
Process & Project Support
Support the marketing team with project coordination, timelines, and cross-team alignment.
Assist with vendor management.
Requirements: Must-Have
1-3 years of experience in marketing operations and/or digital marketing (internships included).
Hands on experience in setting up PPC campaigns in LinkedIn and google AdWords.
Extremely strong attention to detail; able to QA assets and data meticulously.
Analytical mindset with comfort using data and learning new technologies.
Experience with at least one marketing automation or CRM platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot).
Offline/Online event execution experience.
Savvy in Search Engine Optimization and relevant blog creation.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Native English.
B.A in relevant field.
