We are seeking a driven and talented Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be supporting the sales, CS and finance teams in all operational aspects and overseeing the entire sales cycle from lead to billing. The Sales Operations Manager will be reporting directly to the CFO.
Responsibilities
Monitor and optimize Manage the lead-to-bill process, including lead creation, lead qualification, opportunity management, and deal desk.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives, SDR's, Customer Success and Finance, both in IL and the US, to ensure a smooth and efficient sales operations process.
Take full ownership over the data and workflow on Salesforce, conduct regular audits of the data in the CRM to ensure data integrity and consistency and that users follow proper procedure.
Take full ownership over the data and workflow on Salesforce, support sales methodology adoption and pipeline hygiene
Maintain and enhance the Salesforce CRM platform to optimize workflows and process automation. Work on integrations between Salesforce and other information systems to facilitate automations and process improvements.
Own the full sales tech stack, including the CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (HubSpot), Revenue Intelligence (Gong), Lead Enrichment (Zoominfo, Lusha, LinkedIn SN) and Engagement (Salesloft).
Prepare, analyze, and report key sales metrics on a periodic basis (including lead generation, conversion rates over time, by lead source, and by AE/SDR) to key stakeholders including the VP Sales, CFO, and CEO.
Onboard new employees joining the GTM team, and be the focal point for training and support on all sales tools in the company.
Manage vendor setup with new customers.
Support the VP Sales in preparing reports for global sales meetings
Manage the weekly forecast and SDR meetings, and ensure the MEDDIC info is updated by the Account executives.
Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in sales operations roles or similar positions.
Proven experience with data-driven projects aimed at improving sales and sales operations productivity.
Strong expertise in Salesforce, including the ability to develop reports, dashboards, and workflows.
Advantage - expertise in other sales tools like: Hubspot, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft etc
Analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets.
Strong organizational and time management/prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
