As a Business Operations Manager, you will
Lead strategic initiatives to optimize the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle, sales processes, pricing workflows, and revenue operations
Partner with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, and IS teams to design and implement scalable operational solutions
Own business requirements, BRDs, user stories, process documentation, and UAT for Salesforce-related projects
Drive Revenue Operations process improvements focused on productivity, automation, governance, and operational efficiency
Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end, including prioritization, stakeholder alignment, execution, and rollout
Identify operational bottlenecks and deliver data-driven solutions that improve revenue execution and sales productivity.
Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Salesforce Product Management, or related roles
Strong experience leading Revenue Operations projects and operational initiatives.
Hands-on experience writing BRDs, process documentation, functional requirements, and user stories
Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and revenue operations workflows, including Product Offering & Pricing
Experience working with Salesforce ecosystems and collaborating with Salesforce Admins/Developers
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English - written and verbal
Experience in SaaS or high-growth B2B environments
Experience with Salesforce CPQ and pricing tools/workflows
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
Understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue operations metrics
Experience driving process transformation and change management initiatives.
