Key Responsibilities
Daily systems administration for enterprise infrastructure
Implement cybersecurity controls and system hardening
Manage patch management across servers/workstations
Support AD/GPO and identity management operations
Configure Azure, M365, VMware environments
Handle Veeam backups, Fortigate, Forescout NAC
Vault operations for secrets and privileged access
Structured ticketing with KPI reporting
Air-gapped environment support and project execution
Requirements: Requirements
3+ years IT systems administration experience
Hands-on: AD/GPO, VMware, Azure, Veeam, Fortigate
Familiarity with patch mgmt, Forescout NAC, Trend Micro
Cybersecurity implementation and hardening experience
Ticketing systems and service delivery processes
Strong troubleshooting and English communication
Proactive and detail-oriented
Key Certifications
Microsoft 365 Admin, Azure Fundamentals, VMware VCA
Security+: Security+, CySA+, SSCP
Network: Fortinet NSE 3/4, CCNA
