Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end, large-scale systems in a Full Stack environment.
Develop robust Back-End services using C# and .NET, alongside modern Front-End applications using React, Next.js, and Angular.
Lead development projects from the planning and design stages through implementation and production deployment.
Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, DevOps, and Development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Perform Code Reviews, mentor team members, and promote development best practices.
Integrate AI technologies and tools into development processes to improve efficiency and build innovative solutions.
Work in a dynamic, collaborative, and technology-driven environment, with a direct impact on AllJobs' products and services.
Requirements: At least 7 years of experience in Full Stack development.
Strong experience with C# and .NET development.
Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and Angular.
Experience working with SQL – an advantage.
Experience developing with AI tools and AI technologies – an advantage.
Proven experience leading end-to-end development projects, from planning and architecture through production deployment.
Ability to design scalable technical solutions, make architectural decisions, and lead tasks independently.
Strong commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
Experience conducting Code Reviews and working according to development Best Practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to provide technical leadership and mentor other developers.
