The Stock Plan Expert is a subject‑matter specialist responsible for administering, optimizing, and governing the companys global equity programs. This role ensures accurate execution of all plan activities, supports employees and executives, partners closely with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors, and contributes to the strategic evolution of equity programs that support attraction, retention, and long‑term value creation. This role also partners with Head of Total Rewards and Chief People Officer to manage Executive Compensation
You will:
Manage end‑to‑end operations of global equity plans including grants, vesting, exercises, cancellations etc.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of equity data in equity systems.
Manage relationships with equity administration vendors (trustee, global broker, transfer agent, plan administrators).
Prepare quarterly, annual, and ad‑hoc reporting for BOD/Accounting/Finance, including share pool monitoring, dilution and burn‑rate analysis, and compensation expense reporting.
Ensure compliance with global tax and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions (e.g., Section 102, 409A, Rule 144, local tax obligations).
Partner with Legal on proxy statement disclosures, compensation committee materials, and audit requirements.
Employee Support & Communications - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee equity inquiries and develop and deliver educational materials, training sessions, and FAQs.
Provide insights and data to support compensation design, benchmarking, grant strategy, and long‑term incentive program development.
Participate in compensation cycle planning (executive compensation, annual grants).
Recommend process optimizations, automation opportunities, and program improvements.
Requirements: 4-7 years of experience in global equity plan administration in public companies.
Strong understanding of RSUs, PSUs, options, ESPP mechanics, tax and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency with Excel and equity platforms (e.g., E*TRADE).
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and work cross‑functionally.
Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, and financial reporting processes- an advantage.
Executive compensation experience - an advantage.
High English proficiency.
