We are looking for a hands-on HRIS Specialist to join our global HR team and play a key role in supporting and optimizing our HR systems. In this role, you will ensure data accuracy, smooth operations, and an excellent User Experience across multiple platforms. What You'll Do:
* Provide ongoing support to global and local HR teams, as well as end-users, across multiple HR systems (ATS, LMS, ERP modules)
* Maintain and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on operational tasks and system improvements
* Partner with HR teams to understand their needs, provide guidance, and maximize system usage
* Lead data migration and integration activities, ensuring practical and effective solutions
* Support system changes by conducting testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in real time
* Identify opportunities to improve system performance and HR processes
* Generate and analyze HRIS data to support operational and business decision-making

Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in an HRIS role with strong hands-on system support
* Expertise in SAP HR modules (PA, OM, ESS)/ SAP SuccessFactors and their integration with other systems
* Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, service-oriented approach
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders
* Experience in training users and creating clear documentation
