New Phase is an innovative medical device startup developing a novel nanotechnology-based cancer treatment
with clinical impact. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our manufacturing activity within the Chemistry
department and seeking a hands-on motivated Manufacturing Chemist to join our growing laboratory in Petah Tikva.

Position Overview
The Manufacturing Chemist will be responsible for polymer and nanoparticle production according to established
protocols, while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing polymers and nanoparticles in accordance with approved procedures and batch records
- Operating laboratory and manufacturing equipment
- Maintaining accurate documentation and production records
- Supporting process optimization and continuous improvement activities
- Working in compliance with safety and quality requirements

Responsibilities
Serve as the system engineering authority for complex naval projects within the business division
Lead the projects technical coordination and oversight across all development teams and stakeholders along the projects full engineering lifecycle
Ensure engineering solutions meet project requirements in terms of performance, quality, schedule, and customer needs
Act as the technical interface to the customer
Act as the primary engineering interface to R&D division

Senior Physicist
The Physics and Electro-Optics Group is looking for a Senior Physics Engineer reporting to Detector Physics team leader in the physics Department

Role and Responsibilities:
The Physicist will be part of a team dedicated to IR-detector development in the physics group. He will participate to the conception and development of detectors and accompany its development through the different stages of the projects from conception to inception at customer's. The physicist will also support the production line and should provide insights from physics perspective to the different functions of the company during the project development: Process teams, material growth, VLSI, Electronics, Mechanics, Marketing.
