A Reporting directly to the Director of Business Operations, this role is responsible for driving the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate-wide programs-ensuring strict alignment with timelines, rigorous financial monitoring, precise prioritization, and data -driven visibility. This position requires a high-caliber professional who can operate collaboratively yet assertively across all organizational departments (Finance, R&D, Sales, Operations, HR), translating high-level vision and executive decisions into structured, measurable operational reality. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables (R&R): 1. Cross-Functional Execution & Corporate Roadmap Governance
* Build, own, and govern the centralized master timeline (Corporate Roadmap) for all key business initiatives and macro projects.
* Drive execution across all departments, tracking milestones, managing interdependencies, and proactively resolving bottlenecks.
* Hold department heads and workstream leads accountable for their respective deliverables, operational targets, and deadlines. 2. Financial Monitoring & Business Analysis
* Track and analyze the financial health, ROI, and performance metrics (KPIs) of major programs (e.g., efficiency plans, cost reduction, localization impacts).
* Partner closely with the Finance department to ensure project budgets align with corporate forecasting (H1/H2) and that cost-saving targets are validated.
* Synthesize complex operational and financial data into clear, actionable dashboards for executive review. 3. Portfolio Prioritization & Risk Management
* Establish and implement a structured methodology for project prioritization based on business impact, resource capacity, and operational urgency.
* Identify, assess, and escalate operational, financial, or timeline risks early; design and drive cross-functional mitigation plans. 4. Executive Cadences & PMO Governance
* Establish, manage, and facilitate weekly/monthly execution reviews and governance forums.
* Standardize methodologies, templates, tracking tools, and KPIs across the organization to ensure everyone "speaks the same operational language."
* Prepare high-quality status reports, portfolios, and communication materials for executive leadership.
Requirements: * Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Enterprise PMO Lead, or Management Consultant - a must.
* Experience in global companies (preferably medical devices/multidisciplinary industries) - a major advantage.
* Financial & Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial charts, business metrics, budgets, and P&L impacts. High proficiency in data analytics.
* Matrix Management Leadership: Proven ability to influence, guide, and hold senior managers/interfaces accountable without direct formal authority (Matrix Management).
* Execution & Detail Oriented: A "get things done" mentality, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex, multi-layered timelines without losing sight of the big picture.
