We are looking for a Power Electronics Engineer to join a leading R&D department (~60 engineers) and take part in the development of advanced power supply systems.
Responsibilities:
Design and development of power supply electronic boards
Work on DC-DC, AC-DC, and PFC systems
Integration, validation, and electrical testing of modules
Performance analysis, optimization, and lab experiments
Full lifecycle ownership - from concept to production
Requirements: 4-5 years of experience in power electronics / analog design
Experience with DC-DC, AC-DC, and PFC converters
Strong background in analog circuit design (feedback loops, amplifiers, switching components)
Experience with simulation tools (Matlab, PSpice, LTspice)
Hands-on experience with GaN, SiC, MOSFET, IGBT
Lab testing experience (Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Load testing)
PCB design experience (Altium, Cadence, OrCAD)
Familiarity with communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I²C)
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
