We are looking for an empathetic, proactive, and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to support the President of Philips Israel and the Head of Integrated Supply Chain - International Region, in all administrative, organizational, and operational capacities. In this role, you will be a trusted partner, ensuring smooth operations and enabling strategic initiatives within a dynamic, multinational environment.
Your ability to anticipate needs, foster collaboration, and maintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset will be key to success.
Your role:
Efficiently manage the schedule, including mail screening and prioritizing tasks.
Organize and host meetings, events, conferences, and webcasts, ensuring seamless execution.
Undertake special projects and preparation for senior management meetings.
Draft correspondence, office documents, meeting minutes, and PowerPoint presentations to facilitate communication and decision-making processes.
Ensure that all activities and processes are aligned with the demands and objectives of the Executive, fostering cohesion within the team.
Serve as a contact to employees or other stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
Support of organizational and country leadership on promoting related activities
Develop travel plans, travel arrangements (including visas), and related expenses.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within a multinational corporate environment, serving as a Personal Assistant to C-level management or equivalent (a must)
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and maintain a positive attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours within a Monday-Friday work week.
Exhibit the ability to solve problems independently and proactively, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
High proficiency in English and Hebrew.
Technical Skills: Professional-level PowerPoint presentation creation and a good level of Excel.
