Coordinate and manage CX training programs, including Service Excellence workshops.
Liaise with third-party consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
Collect and analyze participant feedback, collaborating with Customer Service and Organizational Development.
Lead the data collection and cleansing process to build a complete and accurate product and raw material database.
Ensure timely submission of data by relevant data owners.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure smooth system interfaces and data flow between platforms.
Serve as a key user of the new CO? Emission system, providing insights and updates to relevant stakeholders.
Supply Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) data to Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams as needed.
Requirements: Currently a 2nd-3rd year student in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering Management, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Environmental Studies).
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
Technologically oriented, with a curiosity for digital tools and process innovation.
