As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, from kickoff to delivery
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional project teams from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Own and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver high-quality results.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors, partners, and government bodies (e.g., Ministry of Defense, IDF).
Anticipate project risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
Drive process improvement and contribute to the evolution of project management best practices within the organization.
Requirements: Required:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the tech, robotics, or defense industry.
Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Willingness to travel internationally based on project needs and development stages.
Preferred:
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday, Jira, or similar software
Familiarity with robotics and/or drones.
Hands-on experience in both startups and large enterprises, understanding how to adapt between agility and scale.
Bachelors degree in business management, engineering, or a related field
