"We are looking for a Compliance & Regulatory Manager to lead and establish the
compliance function across our data center operations.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory
requirements, international standards, and customer contractual obligations across both
build and operational phases.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement the companys compliance framework across all data center sites
Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO, SOC2, NIST, ESG, etc.) and lead certification processes
Translate regulatory, contractual, and standards requirements into operational processes, controls, and procedures
Analyze customer requirements and assess feasibility, risks, and operational/financial implications
Support both data center build (construction/fit-out) and ongoing operations from a compliance perspective
Requirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
3-6+ years of experience in Compliance / GRC / Risk / Audit / Regulatory roles
Experience with international standards (ISO, SOC, NIST, etc.)
Hands-on experience implementing compliance processes and controls
Experience leading audits and certification processes
Strong ability to translate regulatory and contractual requirements into operational
execution
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Advantages
