Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo
Job Type: Full Time
We're looking for a Sr. People Operations Specialist to help make every stage of the Maker journey - from Day 1 through offboarding - feel thoughtful, smooth, and well-supported. You'll sit within the People team in Tel Aviv, owning the full local employee lifecycle while contributing to global automation and process projects that scale across our offices worldwide.
We believe three things matter for every role: drive to push through challenges, efficiency that keeps standards high while moving fast, and adaptability that lets you pivot with data and AI insights. These aren't buzzwords, they're how we actually work.
Our AI-first approach isn't just a tagline either. We're building the future of insurance with AI at the center, and we need people who are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside these tools.
In this role you'll:
Run end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, setting a clear, high-quality standard from the first day to the exit survey
Translate policies into clear workflows and actions, serving as the go-to for Maker questions on leave, benefits, and day-to-day People topics
Support People Ops initiatives and projects, from program coordination and vendor research to handling sensitive employee conversations with care
Keep Workday accurate and current - employee records, org charts, status changes - so the team always has a reliable source of truth
Identify manual, repetitive work across the Maker lifecycle and automate it, using AI tools and the systems at hand to build lasting solutions.
Build and maintain self-serve documentation so Makers can find answers before they need to ask
Support TLV perks, benefits, and office operations, including vendor coordination, events, and front desk coverage roughly once a week
Connect with global People Ops counterparts in NYC and Amsterdam to align standards, share local solutions, and help a distributed team feel like one.
Requirements:
What you'll need
5+ years in People Ops, People coordination, or office operations at a fast-moving tech company, with a track record of operational excellence
Genuine emotional intelligence - you communicate with clarity and empathy, and you navigate sensitive situations with care and good judgment
Hands-on HRIS experience; Workday is a real advantage
Working knowledge of Israeli labor law, with the confidence to apply it day-to-day and the judgment to know when to loop in legal
Comfort with ticketing and workflow tools like Unthread, Fibery, or similar
A natural process instinct - you spot friction before it becomes a complaint, and you move to fix it
High attention to detail, especially when handling confidential information
Natural hospitality - whether you're welcoming new employees, supporting vendors, or greeting visitors, you make people feel genuinely cared for
Working knowledge of AI tools, or a clear appetite to develop it fast
Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week.
This position is open to all candidates.

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo and Herzliya
Job Type: Full Time
We're looking for a Talent Operations Partner to be the backbone of our HR operations in Israel: the person who keeps processes, systems, and data running accurately behind the scenes while also being a trusted, responsive presence for employees and managers day to day. This is a role for someone who thrives on structure and precision in a fast-moving, high-volume environment, and who takes real ownership of making HR operations scalable, auditable, and reliable across a large, complex, multi-country organization. Just as important as the operational rigor is the human side of the role: you're approachable, people-oriented, and genuinely enjoy helping others, bringing a customer-focused mindset to every interaction so employees and managers alike feel heard, supported, and well taken care of.

As a Talent Operations Partner, you will own the processes, systems, and data infrastructure that keep HR running accurately and efficiently, while also serving as a trusted, approachable point of contact for employees and managers.

You will:

Own and continuously improve HR processes and workflows across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, contracts, benefits, payroll operations including time attendance), ensuring they are documented, standardized, and scalable across the organization.
HRIS: maintain accurate employee data, configure and troubleshoot workflows, run regular data integrity audits.
Manage multiple concurrent HR operations priorities and deadlines - payroll cycles, audits, compliance filings, benefits enrollment, reporting - without dropping details, in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
Prepare, maintain, and quality-control HR documentation, reports, and employee records, with strong attention to accuracy and auditability.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policy, translating requirements into clear guidance and system/process updates for stakeholders.
Serve as the primary, approachable point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters, bringing a customer-focused mindset to every interaction and ensuring a positive, responsive employee experience.
Plan and implement employee welfare and engagement activities.
Contribute to the design, documentation, and rollout of HR policies and process improvements.
Provide ad-hoc support to the EMEA HR team as needed.
Requirements:
Proven HR operations/systems experience in a large, complex organization - this is a core requirement, not a preference.
Proven experience delivering HR support in international/global environments.
Hands-on HRIS expertise: configuring workflows, running audits, generating reports, and troubleshooting data issues.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of competing priorities and deadlines simultaneously, with strong organizational rigor and process discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a bias toward building repeatable, well-documented processes over ad-hoc fixes.
Experience managing end-to-end HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, engagement initiatives) at scale.
A naturally approachable, people-first style, with a customer-focused mindset and genuine care for delivering a positive employee experience.
Collaborative, adaptable team player, comfortable in dynamic, global, fast-paced settings.
Strong proficiency in Excel (comfortable with formulas/pivot tables for reporting) plus Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
This position is open to all candidates.

חברה חסויה
Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo
Job Type: Full Time
As our Operations & HR Manager, you'll bring the right people into our company and keep everything behind the scenes running like clockwork, across both our Israel and US teams. Half your time is finding and closing talent globally; half is owning the operational backbone that lets everyone else move fast. You'll report directly to the CEO and have real influence over who joins the company and how it runs day to day.
What you'll do
Own hiring end-to-end across every role, department, and location (Israel and US): defining profiles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates, including passive candidates for our hardest-to-fill roles.
Represent our company to every candidate, shape our employer brand, and manage offers end-to-end, from compensation benchmarking to negotiation to a great first day.
Own general company operations across geographies: office, vendors, procurement, and day-to-day admin.
Support legal, finance, and compliance processes alongside our accountants, lawyers, and payroll providers in Israel and the US.
Manage the tools and systems the company runs on (payroll, expense management), improving them as we grow.
How we work
In-office, side-by-side, with quick feedback and faster decisions.
Pragmatic and people-first: every process exists because it makes a real difference.
Supportive but demanding: we hold a high bar and help each other reach it.
Requirements:
You've spent 2+ years in operations, HR, recruiting, or a generalist role at a startup, and you've owned hiring end-to-end, not just sourced or screened. You've lived startup chaos and turn ambiguity into action, moving between a strategic hiring decision and hands-on admin work in the same day. You're the person employees and candidates come to with questions. It's even better if you know Israeli labor law and payroll practices, and ideally have some familiarity with US employment basics too. But none of these are deal-breakers. What matters most is your curiosity, adaptability, and hunger to build something from scratch.
This position is open to all candidates.
