We are looking for a talented Senior Technical Salesforce Project Manager to join our Delivery Team as part of the Applications & Integrations group.
The group is globally responsible for business applications and cross-department integrations within the organization, ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions that meet business and operational needs.
This includes managing Salesforce, our central CRM and business-process platform, which supports our managed customer portfolio and is used by customer-facing teams and other functions across the company.

What you'll do:
Own and manage the Salesforce teams scope of work alongside other technical Salesforce project managers, balancing ongoing feature requests with larger project initiatives.
Lead cross-organizational technical Salesforce projects end-to-end, from discovery and design through implementation and hyper-care.
Develop clear project plans aligned with business cases and company priorities, including timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Lead requirements-gathering sessions with users, own the final requirements and solution design, and collaborate with developers to make sure the right solution gets built.
Drive technical design discussions, negotiate requirements, and drive alignment across business and technical stakeholders.
Run relevant ceremonies, keep delivery on track, and manage trade-offs as priorities shift.

As an AI system architect, you will design and build the AI infrastructure that powers Infinidat's internal engineering and data platforms. Working alongside our AI platform lead, you will architect the Full Stack - from air -gapped LLM inference clusters and RAG pipelines to the chatbot front door and MCP/Skills ecosystem that put these capabilities in the hands of R&D teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems engineering, data infrastructure, and applied AI.
Responsibilities:
* Architect the Infinidat AI offering roadmap, in terms of HW, SW and AIOps
* Design the future products of Infinidat to maximize the AI offering in terms of performance, cost and power
* Architect and design on-premises LLM inference infrastructure, including multi-model serving on GPUs, high-core-count servers, systemd-managed services, context/throughput tuning, and network isolation for air-gapped deployments
* Design and extend Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines - document parsing, chunking, embedding, governance definition, and hybrid vector Storage - for both document and source-code collections
* Build and maintain the internal AI platform architecture, including the chatbot front-door layer, model routing, an MCP/Skills marketplace, and data -sanitization boundaries between on-prem and cloud
* Develop internal Developer tooling and agentic coding workflows, integrating local model endpoints with editor and CLI-based coding assistants - Contribute to hardware evaluation and reliability modeling for server and Storage platforms, informing infrastructure decisions with quantitative analysis
* Establish operational discipline around security, reproducibility, and maintainability - favoring durable architectural solutions over per-case patches

Required Senior System Architect
As a Senior System Architect, you will:
Define and maintain the overall system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, performance and regulatory compliance
Develop long-term architectural roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
Design scalable, resilient and highly available systems for data ingestion, processing, storage and presentation
Establish architecture standards, reference architectures, design patterns and technology selection guidelines
Evaluate new technologies and architectural approaches to improve system performance, maintainability and operational efficiency
Work closely with engineering, research, security and product teams to map solution requirements.

We are looking for a Design System Tech Lead to lead the evolution of Design System into a modern, scalable, and AI‑ready frontend platform.
This role focuses on platform ownership, not feature development. You will be responsible for improving how designers, developers, and tooling (including AI tools) build consistent, high‑quality user interfaces across the company.
What youll do:
Lead the modernization and technical direction of the Design System.
Own component architecture, design tokens, theming, accessibility, and performance.
Improve developer and designer adoption by reducing friction, improving documentation, and simplifying upgrades.
Make the Design System machine‑readable and tool‑friendly, enabling automation and AI‑assisted development.
Define quality standards, testing strategy, and governance for Design System changes.
Work closely with product design, frontend teams, platform, and DevOps partners.
Mentor engineers and contribute to frontend platform best practices.
