As an Analog Hardware Team Leader, you'll lead a team of hardware engineers developing the analog and communication circuits at the heart of SolarEdge's solar inverters and optimizers. You'll take your designs through the full R&D lifecycle: from concept and feasibility, through simulation, schematic design, and lab verification, all the way to mass production. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set the technical bar for the team, mentor engineers in their day-to-day work, and partner closely with software, system, mechanical, and production teams to bring robust products to market. * Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of hardware engineers across analog circuit design, simulation, and testing.
* Research, design, and develop analog and communication circuits, from requirements through to mass production.

* Own design reviews and serve as the professional authority for the team's engineering discipline.

We are looking for a Hardware Design Engineer (Board Design) with up to 5 years of industry experience to join our Hardware Development team. In this role, you will participate in the design, development, testing, and manufacturing support of advanced electronic boards for complex multidisciplinary defense systems. Experience in the defense industry is a significant advantage.
?What will you be doing?
* Design, develop and modify electronic boards throughout the product lifecycle.
* Perform board bring-up activities following development and initial manufacturing.
* Troubleshoot hardware issues and implement design improvements.
* Modify schematics and support PCB layout activities.
* Improve manufacturability and update production documentation.
* Support PCB manufacturers and assembly subcontractors to ensure compliance with IPC standards.
